How does the program work?
While continuing to smoke, the program guides you into focusing as much as possible on the negative side of of smoking, and daily, the desire for cigarettes turns into a hate for cigarettes. On quit day, the craving to smoke is much weakened, hate is strong, and the pain of quitting is minimized.
How long does it take?
An average of 30 minutes a day for 2 to 4 weeks – read a little, watch some video, listen, think. The idea is to to keep thoughts and actions on a new path and direction. When you feel ready and prepared (and you will), set a quit day.
Can I access the program from other computers?
Yes.
After the initial payment, will there be any additional fees or costs?
No. You will have access to the program for as long as needed.
Can or should I combine nicotine replacement aids with the program?
See how you're doing after a week or two. If you feel the need for added support, yes.
After quitting, is there anything else I have to do?
It is a good idea to periodically reinforce yourself with some anti-smoking program material, especially if and when some of the old pangs resurface.
